Previously, Brian held the position of Help Desk Analyst at Portfolio Recovery Associates. He was responsible for Help Desk management for (VLS) Department including Remote Desktop support to over 20 clients with 100+ users. Focus included: Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a range of software, hardware and connectivity issues. Developed Policies and Procedure for the VLS Help Desk.
Prior, he was Owner of IT Management Company providing Help Desk Support to small and medium sized business on a contract basis. And held the position of Help Desk Technician at MGM Resorts International in Reno, Nevada. He is a fast and professional engineer with long history of routinely exceeding call – handling goals, closing an average of 60 calls daily (25% above quota) with a 75% first – call resolution ratio and an average talk – time of 5.5 minutes. Brian is a great addition to our team and brings operational expertise and productivity helping Leverage meet the demands of our clients.
