Craig Raether,Design Desk & Service Team Lead

Craig is well-known to clients as the manager of our service desk. He is a leader in customer service and process change and creation. He makes sure that we achieve client expectations and is the design desk’s project coordinator as well.

With more than 20 years of IT experience, he hold a degree from the AA Degree College of Lake County, San Jose State and is currently working toward certification on ITIL Framework and PMP.

His previous roles include: Customer Care Specialist at Intel, GE and Care Innovations; Service Desk Specialist III/SD Quality Control at Sutter Health; General Manager/IT at Neoprene Industries and Senior/Lead Service Desk Engineer at Oracle USA. Outside of the office, Craig is an avid photographer and traveler who loves family time with his two daughters and hiking, biking and camping.
