IT cloud applications and services can lead to decreased risks, increased service quality, and IT cost savings. However, migrating to the cloud is not simple or risk free. In this workshop preview we discuss the process and its relationship to return on investment for IT Cloud Applications, Cloud Services, and Cloud Infrastructure as a Service. We will also discuss the realities and implications of making business processes dependent on the cloud.
