The IT Services Client Development Representative position represents and showcases the
company’s services and products through inbound lead generation campaigns, current Client advisement, and business technology webinar management.
Educational, vocational, and previous experience:
- BA/BS, preferably in marketing or related fields
- Strong logic and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software
Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting and qualifying new sale opportunities
- Prospecting will be though phone cold calling and facilitating and participating in technology education webinars
- Facilitating and participating in technology education webinars
- Facilitating and participating in Client technology advisement sessions
- Receiving requests for service and product details from prospects and effectively communicating their features and benefits
- Achieving and maintaining a positive rapport with prospects and providing them the best possible service
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the services offered by our company and how they relate to customer needs
- Reviewing relevant publications and online materials to remain up to date with current and emerging industry trends
- Properly entering all sales leads and prospects into our software tools in a timely manner
- Remaining compliant with defined policies and procedures
- Updating daily list of sales activities and reporting sales results and forecasts to the company
- Meeting quotas for prospecting, networking, and opportunity management activities
- Developing proposals and quotes for RFP/RFI documents
- Working with outside sales in sales meetings
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in the development of client relationships
- Proficient with general office applications and typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry
- High energy and drive with an ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and writing skills
- Outstanding phone prospecting skills
- Self-motivated quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
