The IT Service Coordination Engineer it a entry level engineering role within our Client Technical Service and Support Team. Success in this role is dependent on the ability and desire to learn and deliver high quality technology services and support. Our IT Engineers are responsible for the support, design and implementation of client internal systems. We support and deliver on-prem, hosted and cloud environments, as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests. This relates to all technology including: workstations, on-prem servers, cloud-servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware, line of business software and Software as a Service solutions.
Out IT Engineer’s success is dependent on the ability and desire to learn and deliver high quality technology services.
A professional attitude and providing outstanding Client Service is critical.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Provide IT Help/Service Desk coordination and support, answer incoming calls, create tickets, assist IT Team to address Client service requests
- Address Client requests Install, remove, test and configure PC operating systems, software and hardware
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely, in person and via phone.
- Intermediate desktop/PC troubleshooting skills. Ability to diagnose basic IT and computer desktop systems and hardware issues
- Service ticket processing, troubleshooting & research business application, PC, server and network hardware errors
- Responsible for meeting Client Service (SLA) goals for our service ticket processing
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook

Candidates must be familiar with all of the following:
- Microsoft Office suite and Office 365
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop OS
- AV and Anti-SPAM products
- Printer troubleshooting
Desired Experience
- Help Desk and Desktop support
- Basic Networking troubleshooting
- Experience utilizing PSA (ticketing) solutions (ConnectWise preferred)
- Experience utilizing RMM (monitoring) software (Labtech preferred)
- Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to varied audience
- College/Technical education, AA or BS degree
- Customer/Client service experience and training
